A piano is one of the hardest things in a house to get rid of. It is heavy, awkward to move through doorways, and most donation centers will not pick one up. What piano removal costs
We do not charge a special piano fee. Junk removal is priced by how much of our 15-yard trailer your load fills:
- $150 minimum: the smallest job we bill
- $500: half of our 15-yard trailer
- $900: a full 15-yard trailer
Loading and labor are included, and there are no item-specific surcharges. If the piano is going out with a bench, old furniture or a garage’s worth of boxes, it all goes on the same load. We give you a price for your job before anything is loaded.
Getting a price: send us the details first
Every piano job is different, so please text us before we schedule:
- A photo of the piano and its type (upright, spinet, console or other).
- Where it sits in the house, and whether there are stairs, steps or a tight turn between it and the door.
- Your address or neighborhood.
Send it to (916) 878-0304. We will confirm whether we can take it and quote the job. If a piano isn’t a fit for our crew (some grand pianos, for example), we will say so up front.
