Citrus Heights junk removal where we do the lifting. Placer Dumpster Rental and Junk Removal is a family-owned company based in Rocklin, a short drive up the road, and we haul junk all over Citrus Heights, from the neighborhoods around Sunrise Boulevard and Greenback Lane to the streets near Rusch Park and Antelope Road. Junk removal is priced with a $150 minimum, and labor is included. We answer the phone 7:00am to 9:00pm, seven days a week.
How Citrus Heights junk removal pricing works
Citrus Heights jobs are priced by volume: how much room your items take in our 15 cubic yard trailer. A couple of pieces cost a fraction of a full load.
- $500 fills half the trailer and $900 fills all of it.
- $150 minimum. That is the smallest job we bill.
- Loading and labor included. Nothing needs to be moved to the curb.
- Nothing is priced per item, so a fridge, a mattress or a dresser carries no extra fee.
You hear the price before we lift anything, and we only load once you say yes.

- Pick a time that works for you. We do all the loading.
- We haul it away and recycle what we reasonably can.

Citrus Heights disposal rules
Citrus Heights residents can take household hazardous waste to the North Area Recovery Station or Kiefer Landfill at no extra charge, according to the City. NARS is at 4450 Roseville Road, North Highlands, and takes HHW Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 8:30am to 4pm (up to 15 gallons or 125 pounds per month).
The City also hosts household hazardous waste drop-off events at the Sunrise Mall parking lot several times a year. Check the City of Citrus Heights website for dates.
We don't take paint, solvents, gasoline, hazardous waste or car batteries, so set those aside before your appointment.
