Built for remodel and construction debris
Our standard dumpsters handle demolition debris and construction waste, so you can keep a clean job site. Most household and construction debris can go in together: drywall, wood, flooring, roofing, carpet, packaging and general junk. A 12 yard is the size most contractors default to for mid-size renovation debris, such as a kitchen or bath remodel. The 15 yard, our largest container, suits large remodels and construction debris.
Heavy material: one clean material per load
Tearing out a patio, driveway or footing? Concrete, asphalt, dirt and masonry are never allowed in a standard dumpster. They go in our concrete and dirt dumpster:
- $399 the first day, $50 each additional day
- 5 cubic yard load limit and no dump fees
- One approved clean material per load: clean concrete, clean dirt, clean asphalt, or concrete/masonry brick. Never two types in one load, and never mixed with trash, construction debris, drywall, roofing, wood, metal, green waste or anything else.
- Rebar is fine when it sticks out no more than 6 inches. Gravel, rock or decomposed granite? Call or text us first.
Contractors are some of our most frequent heavy-debris customers, and we offer flexible scheduling for recurring heavy-material removal.
Swaps that keep the job moving
When a box fills mid-project, call or text for another load. One customer filled a dumpster three times in five days, and in their words it was “emptied and returned by 9am every time.” Same-day service depends on availability, so call to confirm. Online booking is for next day or later.
Sized for residential job sites
We rent 10, 12 and 15 yard dumpsters rather than oversized 20, 30 or 40 yard containers. Our boxes are about 7 feet wide and designed for residential driveways, which is where most remodel work happens. For bigger cleanups, additional loads are available.
