One approved material type per load: clean concrete, clean dirt, clean asphalt, OR concrete/masonry brick. Choose one and load only that material.
Do not mix material types. No concrete with dirt. No concrete with asphalt. No dirt with asphalt. No brick with concrete, dirt or asphalt.
Do not mix an approved material with anything else. No trash, construction debris, drywall, roofing, wood, metal, green waste, household junk or any other material, not even a small amount.
Not accepted: gravel or rock, loose metal, wood, trash, drywall, roofing, green waste or household junk.
Rebar is fine when it extends no more than 6 inches from the concrete.

This is a strict single-material clean-load container. When you book you choose one material – Clean Dirt Only, Clean Concrete Only, Clean Asphalt Only or Concrete/Masonry Brick Only – and the load must contain only the material you selected. These four materials cannot be combined with each other.

Load limit: 5 cubic yards maximum. The 5-yard figure is a load restriction for heavy inert material. It is not a smaller dumpster – your container is a standard unit from our fleet, filled only to the 5-yard limit.

Pricing: $399 for the first day and $50 for each additional day through day 6, never more than $649. Rentals run up to 7 days. No dump fees on a clean, single-material load.

Not allowed in this container: gravel or rock, loose metal, wood, trash, household junk, furniture, drywall, roofing or green waste. Rebar embedded in concrete is fine as long as it protrudes no more than 6 inches from the concrete. If your load is mixed, book a regular 10, 12 or 15 yard dumpster instead.

Best for: patio and driveway demolition, sidewalk removal, pool deck tear-out, landscaping and grading projects.
