Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern rentals and services provided by Placer Dumpster Rental And Junk Removal LLC (“Placer Dumpster,” “we,” “us”), Rocklin, CA. By booking or using our services you agree to these terms.
Rental Terms
- Pricing: Pricing is as quoted at the time of booking.
- Prohibited items: Hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, asbestos, tires, batteries, appliances containing refrigerants, medical waste, and other items prohibited by law or identified at booking may not be placed in the dumpster. Additional fees may apply if prohibited items are found.
- Weight overage: Each rental includes a stated weight allowance. Weight over the allowance is billed per ton at the rate provided at booking.
- Placement and access: The customer is responsible for providing and clearing access to the placement location and for choosing a suitable placement surface. The customer is responsible for damage to property, driveways, or surfaces beyond normal wear caused by placement, access, or use of the dumpster.
- Loading: Materials must not exceed the top of the dumpster walls.
Payment
Payment is due as stated at booking. We accept the payment methods offered at checkout or by phone. Overage, extra-day, and other applicable charges may be billed to the payment method on file after service.
Cancellations
To cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible at (916) 878-0304 or info@placerdumpster.com. Cancellations made after delivery has been dispatched may be subject to a fee.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Placer Dumpster is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for damage resulting from the customer’s placement instructions, restricted access, or misuse of the dumpster.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
