Sun City Roseville is Del Webb’s 55+ active-adult community in Roseville, with 3,110 single-family homes built between 1995 and 2000. Option 1: We load it (junk removal)
Most Sun City jobs are a better fit for full-service junk removal than a dumpster:
- We carry it out. Nothing has to be dragged to the curb or the garage.
- Priced by volume, meaning the space your items take up in our 15 cubic yard trailer, with three prices: $150 minimum, $500 for half our 15-yard trailer, $900 for a full trailer. A single recliner is a normal call.
- Labor included, no per-item surcharges for appliances, mattresses or furniture.
- Price first. Nothing is loaded until you agree.
We take furniture, mattresses, appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers), TVs and computers, garage clutter, yard debris, and whole-house and estate cleanouts. Jobs are usually handled by the owner, with extra help brought in for larger cleanouts.
Option 2: A dumpster while the family sorts
If children are flying in for a weekend of sorting, a dumpster lets everyone work at their own pace.

Every rental includes delivery, pick-up and 1 ton of disposal. Extra weight is $110 per ton, prorated. Extra days are $50 each, and a full 7-day dumpster rental is $599 (10 yard), $649 (12 yard) or $699 (15 yard).

Check your community rules first
Sun City Roseville is governed by its own community association, and association rules are separate from City rules. Before you book a dumpster, ask the association or check the governing documents for any limits on containers, placement or duration. Then tell us the allowed dates. Junk removal leaves nothing behind on the driveway, which avoids the question entirely.
On your own driveway or other private property, Roseville does not require an encroachment permit. A dumpster placed on a public street does need one. The property owner applies through the City’s Online Permitting Services portal, and approval usually takes 1–2 business days. The fee is about $82–$85: the City’s Development Services FAQ lists $84.46, and its fee schedule effective July 1, 2026 lists $82.
